2 Chronicles 9:1; Psalm 45:1; Mt. 12:34 As we gather together each Lord’s Day for worship and remembrance, sometimes our worship is silent, particularly on the part of the sisters. At other times it is an audible _expression (from the men) to which all the saints may add a hearty “Amen.” In either case may it truly be an expression from the heart which pleases Him. “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord” (Ps. 19:14). —Wm. Gustafson
