Job 25:4; Romans 3:24; Romans 5:1, 9 Justified is “to demonstrate or prove to be just or right”. Natural man seeks by his own works to be justified, but God says it is only by grace, faith and blood. While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. This is His grace, which is “right” and the outflow of His gracious character. His blood is the “right” foundation, since only the shedding of His blood cleanses from all sin. Faith is our “right” response to His grace and shed blood. Have you been justified? —Tom Steere
