1 Timothy 2:4
God loves the whole world (Jn. 3:16). As this verse says, He “desires all men to be saved” (NKJ). No one will be in hell because this is God’s desire. There is no partiality with God. We can go to sinners everywhere and assure them, “God loves you.” And no one will be lost because there was no provision for his salvation. Christ has died, “a ransom for all” (1 Tim. 2:6). There is adequate provision for the salvation of all. Thank God! What an incentive to witness to all and to pray for all! —Donald L. Norbie
